1. How to use Wh questions words?

Wh-questions are questions that begin with one of the eight “wh ” words: who, what, when, where, which, whose, why and how.

Who	What	When	Where
It is used to ask about people. It's never used to ask about things.	It used to ask about people, animals and things.	We use it when we want to ask about time.	We use it when we want to ask about place.
Which	Whose	Why	How
It is used to ask about people and  things when there is a choice to make.	It is used to ask about who the owner of something is.	We use it when we want to ask about reason.	We use it to ask about people, events and the way things are done.

Examples:

• Who opened the door?
• What is your name?
• When did he leave?
• Where do they live?
• Which colour do you want?
• Whose are these keys?
• Why do you say that?
• How was your exam?
