Russian adverbs
Adverbs are words used to describe verbs, adjectives or other adverbs. They answer such questions as Как? (How?), Где? (Where?), Когда? (When?), Куда? (Where?), Откуда? (From where?). Adverbs do not have gender, case or number. Placement of adverbs in a sentence (before the verb they modify).

никогда (never), редко (rarely), часто (often), всегда (always) are adverbs of frequency. After никогда the verb is in a negative form. как (how), уже (already), ещё (still, more), чуть-чуть (a little bit), много (a lot), мало (little), очень (very), the word ничего (nothing) is followed by a verb with a negative form (не + verb).
