Russian possessive pronouns
In Russian we use the same possessive for "my" and "mine" for "your" and "yours". The same word is used as possessive adjectives or as possessive pronouns.
In Russian, possessive pronouns depend on the gender and number of the subject you are talking about.
Possessives of the third person remain invariable, their form depends only on the possessor.
